Where is my Order?
All orders placed will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when the order is on its way.
Shipping is determined by your country/region and the value of your order; this is for insurance purposes if a package is lost by the carrier.
International orders are delivered duty unpaid, which means the purchaser is responsible for all import or customs duties, tariffs, or taxes.
Lost or Missing Package?
If a package tracking number has not had movement in more than 7 business days, please reach out to us immediately so we can start the process of filing a claim with the carrier.
If a package is lost by the carrier in transit, we will not issue a refund for your order but will replace it or provide store credit if the style is no longer available.
If a package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please first contact your local post immediately as well as check-in with surrounding neighbors to see if it has been delivered to another address. If it is not delivered within 1 business day of being marked as delivered please contact us at email@example.com for more assistance.
